cl0q: open search engine indexes 38.5M domains on a 2 GB VPS

A developer built cl0q, an open-source search engine that logs no searches and needs no account: it now knows 38.5 million domains and 24.8 million pages, aiming for 100 million. The project grew from a 2 GB VPS and crawls 250,000–300,000 pages daily.
