Hong Kong to draft age assurance rules for social media and AI chatbots

Hong Kong is moving to regulate online safety for minors on social media and AI chatbots. Justice Secretary Paul Lam said the government will take a "multi-pronged approach" combining legislative, administrative and educational measures, potentially including biometric age assurance.
