BMW launches cheaper i3 40 xDrive with 82.8 kWh battery

BMW has introduced a more affordable i3 40 xDrive in Europe with an 82.8 kWh battery and a WLTP range of 710 km. It costs €59,900 in Germany, €6,000 less than the i3 50 xDrive, and is expected in the U.S. next year.
