CData launches Connect AI Gateway to govern AI agents' data access

CData Software introduced Connect AI Gateway, a platform that controls how AI agents choose models, use tools and access enterprise data. The product is in early access and extends the company's Connect AI platform and managed MCP offering. In a company-run test of 378 enterprise queries, it answered 98.5% correctly versus 65–75% for other MCP providers.
