South Korea enters Mexico's $1.7B satellite market via space MOU

KASA signed a space cooperation agreement with Mexico's ATDT in Mexico City on September 24, opening a government-to-government path for Hanwha Aerospace and KAI to bid on Mexico's roughly $1.7 billion satellite program. The plan includes a geostationary broadband satellite launching in early 2030 and the four-satellite Ixtli Earth observation constellation in 2028.
