LIG D&A and KAI unions oppose Hanwha's bid for KAI control

Unions of LIG D&A and Korea Aerospace Industries opposed Hanwha's acquisition of control over KAI and vertical integration in the defense industry. On August 31 the KFTC approved the deal, but the regulator is ready to review it if Hanwha's influence grows.
