UK AI minister says AI testing is not enough, Fortune reports

UK AI minister Kanishka Narayan said countries must "harden" their defences against AI risk and that testing models is no longer enough. He was answering a question from Fortune at the Labour Party's annual conference, responding to a warning from researcher Jacob Coxon, who quit Anthropic this month.
