Git 2.56.0 released with 748 commits and new git refs subcommands

Git 2.56.0 is now available, comprising 748 non-merge commits from 104 contributors, 39 of them new. The release adds create, delete, update and rename subcommands to git refs, a drop subcommand for experimental git history, and indents root commits in git log --graph.
