pgEdge launches Starfleet, a Postgres platform for AI apps

pgEdge has launched Starfleet, a cloud Postgres platform that lets developers build AI applications and move them to production without reworking the underlying database infrastructure. It bundles distributed Postgres with an MCP server and RAG servers, and can run in pgEdge's cloud, a customer's cloud, or air-gapped environments. Starfleet is generally available.
