TSMC to scale 2 nm output to 120,000 wafers per month by end of 2026

TSMC is expanding its N2 capacity, targeting about 120,000 wafers per month by the end of 2026 — a 20% increase over the earlier 100,000 target. Tape-outs on N2 are four times higher than on the previous N3 node. In Q2 2026, N2 accounted for just 3% of TSMC revenue.
