A new DRAM wafer-value comparison shows modern memory generations exceeding leading-edge TSMC N3 and N2 logic nodes on a per-mm² basis. DRAMeXchange spot data for September 21 put 16Gb DDR5 eTT at $24.80, or roughly $1.55/Gb.
