Tata Communications and TTBS launch AI voice agents for India's SMBs

Tata Communications and Tata Tele Business Services have partnered to offer AI voice agents to India's small and medium businesses. The agents come with their own phone numbers and run on Tata's Commotion conversational AI platform and Vayu AI Cloud, targeting the country's 60 million-plus SMBs.
