Nexperia and Tata Electronics partner on semiconductor manufacturing in India

Nexperia and Tata Electronics have formed a strategic partnership to manufacture semiconductors in India: Nexperia's MOSFETs will be produced at Tata's upcoming 300mm fab in Dholera, Gujarat, while assembly and test of discrete devices will take place in Jagiroad, Assam. Tata is investing a combined $14 billion in both facilities.
