Linux kernel compilation times approach 10 seconds

Phoronix reports that a defconfig x86-64 Linux kernel build now takes roughly 15 seconds, down from 22 seconds on a dual EPYC 9575F workstation, thanks to patches from Lorenzo Stoakes and AI/LLM-assisted Kbuild optimizations. The allmodconfig build dropped from 169 to 134 seconds.
