Apple's failed Copland OS boots in a browser 30 years later

Developer Michael Steil (Mist) used an experimental fork of the DingusPPC Power Mac emulator to boot the final Copland D11E4 developer build (June 1996) in a browser. The 11 patches enabling the boot were written with AI assistance, so upstream won't accept them. Apple cancelled Copland and bought NeXT instead.
