OceanX downwind floating wind platform survives Super Typhoon Yagi

Mingyang's OceanX, a floating platform with two rotors on one structure, weathered Super Typhoon Yagi with nacelle winds above 41.5 m/s, significant waves of 6.5 m and a maximum wave of 9.8 m, while nacelle inclination varied only 0–3 degrees. Measured platform response closely tracked pre-storm simulations.
