OBS Studio 33 Nears Release With CEF Upgrade and Plugin Overhaul

OBS Studio 33 is nearing its stable debut, now at Beta 4. Key changes include a Chromium Embedded Framework upgrade from 127/6533 to 150/7871 and a complete overhaul of plugin loading, with legacy third-party plugin paths supported only until OBS Studio 34.
