India's V2V/V2X mandate from 2028: dSPACE tests systems in simulation

India plans to mandate Vehicle-to-Vehicle and Vehicle-to-Everything communication from October 2028. dSPACE India (160+ engineers, about Rs 200 crore in local revenue) tests such systems via SIL and HIL simulation, recreating chaotic Indian traffic, connectivity failures and 4G/5G conditions with partner Anritsu.
