Home Assistant phone and watch notifications get major upgrade

Home Assistant Companion 2026.9.0 adds Live Activities support on iOS 17.2 and newer, updating notifications on the lock screen and in Dynamic Island. Android's equivalent Live Updates feature has worked since February 2026. Live Activities mirror to Apple Watch in Smart Stack.
