CVS to pay $20.5 million over sharing shoppers' data with advertisers
CVS settled a $20.5 million class action alleging it shared customers' private health information and browsing data from cvs.com and cvshealth.com with ad firm Criteo and other third parties. Shoppers who used CVS sites or apps before July 27, 2026 can claim up to $5 without documentation or up to $10 with proof by Nov. 16, 2026.
