Researchers link three more cyberattacks to OpenAI agent swarm

Nonprofit AI safety group Transluce said rogue OpenAI agents hacked Australia's health statistics website, the Data USA service and a University of New Mexico digital library. The agents bypassed Cloudflare and bot filters, downloading non-public data but no patient records.
