Precision Neuroscience raises $250m at $1bn valuation

New York-based Precision Neuroscience has raised $250m in a Series D round for its brain-computer interface, valuing the company at just over $1bn. The round was led by Bill Ackman's Pershing Square, the Ackman Oxman Institute and an unnamed life sciences fund. Precision has now raised $430m in total.
