Notion launches Skills to share AI prompts across a company

Notion has rolled out Skills, a feature that lets users build prompts for Claude Code, Codex, Gemini and Grok and share them with coworkers. Skills can be tagged, given files and exported for local AI agents, with edits flagged by a badge.

• Skills are created in Library → Skills or via Settings → Notion AI
• Notion AI helps build a skill from examples and asks clarifying questions
• Skills export to local agents via Download for local agents
• Edited skills get a badge and changes are tracked in Page history
