Razer revives Mako desktop speakers: Mako X at $99.99, Mako at $149

Razer announced a new Mako desktop speaker lineup, a reboot of its 2008 speakers with an orb-shaped design. The Mako X (2.0, up to 30W RMS, USB-C, Bluetooth 5.3) arrives 6 October 2026 for $99.99, while the Mako (2.1 with subwoofer, up to 40W RMS) follows in December for $149.

• Mako X: 2.0 system, 30W RMS and 45W peak, 2.75-inch drivers, down to 60Hz
• Mako: 2.1 system with 3.5-inch subwoofer, 40W RMS and 60W peak, down to 45Hz
• Both support virtual 7.1 surround, USB-C, Bluetooth 5.3 and 3.5mm input
• Mako X launches 6 October 2026, Mako in December 2026
