Oppo reveals ColorOS 17 rollout starting October 8

Oppo published its ColorOS 17 rollout schedule, with the first stable builds arriving October 8 for the Find X9 Ultra, Find X9 Pro, Find N6, OnePlus 15/15T and Realme GT 8 Pro. All dates apply to China only, with no global timeline announced yet. The release is the first unified OS across Oppo, OnePlus and Realme.

• First wave on October 8: Find X9 Ultra, Find X9 Pro, Find N6, OnePlus 15/15T, Realme GT 8 Pro
• Second wave on October 16: Find N5, the full Find X8 lineup and Pad 5 Pro and Pad Mini tablets
• Reno 16 and Reno 16 Pro get the update on October 22, Watch X3 on October 20
• New rendering engine cuts memory use by 25% and rendering workload by up to 30%
