Windows 11 KB5124010 improves Bluetooth, File Explorer and File History

Microsoft released optional preview update KB5124010 for Windows 11 24H2 and 25H2, fixing Bluetooth reliability, File Explorer previews for downloaded files and the File History breakage from September's Patch Tuesday. The same changes will ship in the mandatory October 13, 2026 update.
