ChatGPT gave outdated 2024 election info days before vote

Ten days before the 2024 US election, ChatGPT was still telling users that Joe Biden was running for a second term, even though he had dropped out more than three months earlier. Phys.org reports the chatbot failed to reflect Kamala Harris as the Democratic nominee.
