The popular .NET resilience library Polly has introduced an Open Source Maintenance Fee: the source license stays open, but companies earning at least $20,000 from products using Polly must pay $20 per month per organization for maintained releases. Fees are collected via GitHub Sponsors, and projects can set their own tiers.
