Nothing spins off CMF as standalone Indian electronics brand

Nothing CEO Carl Pei announced that CMF, India's fastest-growing smartphone sub-brand in 2025, is spinning out of its London parent to become an independent, majority Indian-owned company headquartered in India. Nothing will keep a minority stake and partner role, while CMF gains its own R&D, industrial design and Nothing OS development.
