Claude Supports Ebola Response in the DRC

Anthropic says Claude is being used by CEPI, WHO AFRO and INRB Kinshasa to support the response to a Bundibugyo virus Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The AI helps analyze community health worker data, cut sitrep production from a full day to under an hour, and assist with disease modeling and genomic analysis, while human experts make response decisions.
