DeepMind's Ayoub: AI can be fenced in, like banks did

Google DeepMind VP of AI technical strategy Kareem Ayoub said at HumanX in Amsterdam that AI systems cannot be fully governed, but companies can build a deterministic governance perimeter around them, citing banks in the late 1980s.
