Meta pitches new privacy protections for Muse and its smart glasses

At Connect 2026, Mark Zuckerberg outlined new data protections for Meta's AI agent Muse and its smart glasses. Muse will get a Confidential VM with encryption that even Meta cannot access, while the glasses will gain private on-device AI processing, starting with translations.
