Liberty Global taps Sierra AI to support 80M connections

Liberty Global signed a three-year deal with conversational AI platform Sierra to roll out AI agents across its European operating companies. The agents will handle customer interactions in natural language across chat, voice and text, covering roughly 80 million fixed and mobile connections. The value of the agreement was not disclosed.
