Volkswagen unveils ID.3 GTI, its most powerful GTI ever

Marking the GTI's 50th anniversary, Volkswagen revealed the electric ID.3 GTI, the most powerful production GTI yet: 240 kW (326 hp), 545 Nm, 0–100 km/h in 5.6 seconds. A 79 kWh battery delivers up to 601 km WLTP range, with 10–80% DC charging in about 29 minutes. Sales are limited to Europe and the UK, with pre-orders in early 2027.
