NHTSA investigates Comma.ai hands-off driving tech after 5 crashes, 3 deaths

The NHTSA's Office of Defects Investigation has opened a probe into Comma.ai's aftermarket driver assistance devices following five reported crashes involving openpilot, two of them fatal with three deaths.
