Report: DPDP rules leave accessibility gaps for disabled users

The Quantum Hub published Incidental Accessibility, a report on five users who rely on mainstream gadgets as assistive technology. Rule 11 of the DPDP Rules narrowed guardian consent but set no accessibility standard for privacy notices and left incidental data capture unresolved. The provisions take effect on May 13, 2027.
