BHIM MyUPI bundles nine UPI services into one AI assistant

NPCI BHIM Services launched BHIM MyUPI, an AI-powered assistant inside the BHIM Payments App that consolidates nine UPI services, including transaction checks, complaints, mandate management and safety tools. The 24/7 assistant supports English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Bengali, while payments still require UPI PIN authentication.
