Visa and Reap to launch stablecoin cards in 100 markets

Visa and Reap have partnered to issue stablecoin-based cards across 100 markets. The deal extends Reap's card-issuing infrastructure beyond Asia and Latin America into Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
