iOS 27 lets you hide or replace the audio button in iMessage

iOS 27 adds a "Show in Text Field" setting under Settings > Apps > Messages that lets users pick the waveform record icon, a microphone for dictation, or no button at all. Recording and dictation still work: audio is available via the + button and dictation via the microphone under the keyboard.
