ABBYY launches FineParser, a CPU-based OCR front-end for AI pipelines

ABBYY has packaged its FineReader OCR engine as FineParser, a self-hosted Docker tool that runs on CPU without a GPU and preserves document layout while converting it to structured text for LLMs. Output is available via REST API as plain text, JSON or DocLang; the free tier allows 1,000 pages per month for a year, while fully offline deployment requires an Enterprise plan.
