Volkswagen cuts ICE shifts as new EVs outsell combustion models

In Germany, Volkswagen's EV orders now exceed those for internal combustion vehicles. The Wolfsburg plant is dropping extra shifts, while production of the ID. Polo in Spain ramps up after more than 40,000 European orders since late April.
