Nutanix acquires Ryax in agentic AI tuck-in deal
Nutanix is acquiring French software developer Ryax Technologies to strengthen its platform for building, running and governing agentic AI. Ryax's GPU utilization and smart scheduling technology will be integrated into Nutanix Kubernetes Platform and Nutanix Enterprise AI; financial terms were not disclosed and are immaterial to Nutanix.

- Ryax claims up to 45% lower compute costs via cost-aware scheduling
