Huawei reaffirms open source push and CANN ecosystem at Connect 2026

At Huawei Connect 2026 in Shanghai, rotating chairman David Wang said open source and open systems remain a core strategy. The CANN and Ascend ecosystem now counts over 4.16 million developers and more than 7,200 partners, supporting 560+ open source projects and 20 million installations.
