GUC unveils 2nm HBM4E IP at 16 Gbps

Taiwan's Global Unichip Corp. (GUC) announced its HBM4E PHY and Controller IP is design-ready on a 2nm process at 16 Gbps. The IP has already been adopted in customer AI ASICs.
