Singapore's Nexstrom raises $12M to bring 2D semiconductors to chip fabs
Singapore-based Nexstrom raised a $12 million seed round, bringing total funding to $15 million, to build equipment that grows 2D TMD materials directly on 300mm wafers. The startup aims to help foundries shrink transistors beyond silicon limits, with commercial production targeted for 2030–2035.
