Manoj Bajpayee moves Delhi High Court over personality rights

Actor Manoj Bajpayee has asked the Delhi High Court to bar unauthorised commercial use of his name, image, voice and signature, including AI-generated images and voice cloning. The suit names 13 defendants, among them merchandise sellers, digital platforms, AI services, YouTube and Amazon.
