Aurora targets positive cash flow by 2028 with autonomous trucks

Aurora Innovation is running 20 driverless semitrucks in Texas and plans to grow the fleet to 200 by year-end. The company aims for positive free cash flow by 2028 after losing more than $800 million in 2025.
