Nvidia-backed Starcloud to mine Bitcoin in space on Starcloud-2 this year

Nvidia-backed startup Starcloud plans to run Bitcoin mining on its second spacecraft, Starcloud-2, before the end of the year. CEO Philip Johnston said ASICs are about 30x cheaper than GPUs per kilowatt — $1,000 versus $30,000 for a 1KW Nvidia B200.
