Vodafone, Ericsson trial live call translation

Vodafone and Ericsson tested network-based AI translation of voice calls between English, Spanish, Italian, French and German without a specialist app or hardware. The trials also assessed AI for improving call clarity in noisy locations as part of a wider core network of the future initiative.
