Prosus names WeTransfer co-founder Nalden chief product officer in AI reshuffle

Prosus has appointed WeTransfer co-founder Ronald Hans (Nalden) as chief product officer. Euro Beinat becomes chief AI officer and Paul van der Boor chief technology officer, all reporting into group CEO Fabricio Bloisi's AI strategy.

• Nalden co-founded WeTransfer in 2009; it was sold to Bending Spoons in 2024
• Euro Beinat has led AI at Prosus since 2018 and is now chief AI officer
• Prosus aims to build Europe's leading AI lab, without budget or staffing details
• Combined Naspers and Prosus market value fell to about $94bn by March from $100bn
